What is the return policy?
We always aim for highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product then email us on 'support@vynnzo.com' within 2 days of receiving the courier. We will either replace or refund on a cases to case basis.
When is return request not accepted ?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items, if they are damaged or spilled.
When will I get my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email / message with further information. Delivery times are usually from 3 to 5 days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Our 100% shipping is from Indian warehouses, which ensures faster deliveries.
How much does shipping and GST cost?
Shipping cost and GST is usually included in the product cost. Customers will NOT have to pay separately for shipping. Vynnzo absorbs the GST, which reduces the final cost of the product.
